Saltmarsh Rooms is located on the edge of town on Warham Road. It is only a short walk into the centre of town with its stunning harbour and quayside. From the quayside there is a beautiful walk along part of the coastal path towards the award winning beach.

This makes us a quiet and perfect location to explore the Norfolk Coastline, whether you are here to simply relax, bird watch or walk. The big Norfolk sky and variety of landscape is a haven for photographers.

We have four delightful rooms as room only or with a continental breakfast, beautifully furnished to a modern specification, all with spectacular views, most across the marshes to the sea and one to the countryside across the fields.
